DLC Partners with the Integrity Institute

The DLC Leadership Program recently partnered with the Integrity Institute to further support gaming community moderators through accessible, evidence-based training. As the first free, modular, asynchronous certification program designed specifically for gaming community leaders, DLC equips moderators with practical skills in conflict resolution, crisis management, and emotional resilience — areas where many volunteer moderators have historically received little to no formal support. By partnering with the Integrity Institute, DLC strengthens its mission to professionalize and support community moderation, bringing together expertise in trust and safety, platform integrity, and digital harm prevention to better serve the gaming ecosystem.
